Retail Purchases Only

This website is intended for retail purchases only. Products purchased through NexSysStore.com are not for resale and are not eligible for tax exemption. For tax-exempt or resale orders, please contact your local EnerSys distributor.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Shipping occurs Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. EST.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Return Eligibility and Scope

All sales on NexSysStore.com are final. Returns are only accepted under limited circumstances and must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories and documentation must be included.
  • EnerSys reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any return. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded. Contact our support team to initiate the RMA process.

Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss until the item is received and inspected by EnerSys. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after EnerSys approves the return. Shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom orders
  • Special batteries
  • Opened items
  • Damaged products

Limitation of Liability

EnerSys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product returns. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
